Points System
This page explains the difference of each category in the points guide. We hope that it helps everyone be able to calculate their points better and know which category their submission falls under!

Artworks
- Headshot
- Anything that is above the bust or chest area is considered a headshot.
- Half-body
- Halfbodies are anything above the hips.
- Thigh-Up
- Anything above the knee.
- Full-body
- Anything past the knees count as a fullbody!
- Clean Sketch
- If the art is not properly linearted but clean enough to disregard some stray lines + uncolored, it falls under clean sketches.
- Colored Sketch
- Same as above, but with flat or rough coloring.
- Lineart
- Anything that is neatly lined + have lineweight and uncolored. Painty styles don't need to go under this since they don't use lineart.
- Clean Flats/Monochrome
- If the art is lined + has flat colors. Gradient shading also falls under this category.
- Simple dots for highlights or very minimal shading counts as a clean flats.
- Monochrome art can either be soft, gradient or cellshade.
- Simple Coloring
- Artwork that has basic shading laid down, with substantial and distinguishable shadows and highlights. This can either be soft-shade, cellshade, and painted style. They can either be lined or be a lineless painting as well.
- Detailed Coloring
- Fully-rendered art! These are the ones that have in-depth shading. They can either be lined or be a lineless painting as well.
**With the above, we give the muns freedom to choose which they find the most fitting for their own artstyle and the effort that they put in.
Backgrounds/Props
- Backgrounds
- 35: Simple skies, patterns, and colors for backgrounds
- 60: Simple sceneries and landscapes, not much buildings and mostly nature. Also has simple perspective.
- 100: For pieces with fullblown buildings and complex perspective,
- Props
- These are items that your character is holding or is interacting with in your artwork. If they're just in the background away from the characters, they will not be counted as props.
- Accessories that are part of your character's outfit + design does not count as props. I,e: a scarf or a ribbon that they are wearing on their person. This also applies even if they're not in uniform.

Simple handheld items for your character such as plates, cups, food items, or accessories. |
More detailed items such as basic handguns, crowbars, or a bat. For background props, these can be a simple chair that your character is sitting on. |
Intricately detailed items that your character is holding. More complex weapons such as machine guns, or an ornate chair that your character is sitting on, Ornamented swords, automobiles and equipment like telescopes also fall under this tier. |

For the ones listed above, we recommend sending it to us mods for evaluation as quality can vary a lot between different artists.
